Schedule your virtual session.
Families may schedule a free speech sound check, an articulation assessment, individual therapy, or purchase a therapy plan. All sessions are conducted online via the Zoom Platform.
Appointment Availability
Available appointment times will be discussed after your initial inquiry to find a schedule that works best for your family.
Please note: therapy sessions begin and end at their scheduled times. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time and cannot be extended. Individual Session clients will be charged the full session fee; Therapy Plan clients will use the scheduled therapy session included in their therapy plan.
Cancellation & rescheduling policy
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Each client receives one complimentary emergency cancellation for an unexpected illness or emergency.
Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled without penalty, based on availability.
Individual Session Clients
After the complimentary emergency cancellation has been used, appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
Therapy Plan Clients
After the complimentary emergency cancellation has been used, appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows will result in the scheduled therapy session being applied toward the client's therapy plan.
